Paloan — Why I'm Building My Own Personal AI Agent
Short answer
- Paloan is the personal AI agent I am building to work alongside me across my ventures.
- It helps with audience research, content drafts in Bangla, Banglish and English, launch planning and repeatable workflows.
- A personal agent is valuable because it carries context — my brands, my audiences, my way of working.
- My rule — the agent prepares, the human decides.
I run and support several ventures at once — retail, fashion, travel, property, technology and creative work. Each has its own audience, voice and daily tasks. For a long time, the bottleneck was not ideas. It was switching context fast enough.
That is why I am building Paloan, my personal AI agent.
What does Paloan do?
Paloan works alongside me on four kinds of work:
- Audience research — gathering what people say, ask and worry about, so I can decode the need behind it (the first steps of my content process)
- Content drafts — first versions of captions, scripts and explainers in Bangla, Banglish or English
- Planning — turning a launch or a campaign into steps, timelines and checklists
- Workflows — repeatable jobs that run the same way every time (see What an AI Workflow Builder Does)
The goal is simple: more of my time goes into thinking and deciding, less into busywork.
Why personal, and not just a general chatbot?
A general chatbot starts every conversation from zero. A personal agent carries context: which brand I am working on, who its audience is, how that audience talks, what worked last time and what I would never say.
Context is what turns "write a caption" into the right caption.
What is my rule for working with an AI agent?
The agent prepares; the human decides.
Paloan can collect patterns, draft options and organise a plan. But the final call — what a customer really needs, what a brand should promise, what goes live — stays with me. That rule keeps quality high and trust intact.
Can visitors meet Paloan?
Yes. On my portfolio there is a guide version of Paloan. Click Ask Paloan and ask about my work, services or projects. You will see it think — reading notes, finding your intent, composing an answer — and if you scroll the site you can watch a 3D visual of its "mind" at work: tokens, attention, tools, memory and output.
What comes next?
I am teaching Paloan more of my workflows step by step, and testing each one on real tasks before it handles anything on its own. If you are a founder thinking about your own personal AI agent, my advice is the same as for any AI product: start with one painful job, keep a human in the loop, and improve from real use.
